At Your Service Magazine

At Your Service is the North Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association’s full color, quarterly magazine, available in print and online. Each issue provides the latest organization, industry and government information with an eye toward the people who make the hospitality industry so vibrant.

As Director of Communications for the NCRLA, Metzger coordinates and edits all content for each At Your Service issue, working with a team of contributors to create the finished product. Each issue a project unto itself from gathering features, approving a layout and proofing, editing At Your Service is a natural fit, drawing on Metzgers project management background, journalism training, and years working alongside and advocating for the hospitality industry.
